How is that possible you ask?  Myths surrounding teenage mental health can be highly detrimental to child development, as they perpetuate misconceptions, stigma, and barriers when seeking help. When teenagers internalize these myths, they may feel ashamed, misunderstood, or reluctant to reach out for support, ultimately impacting their emotional well-being and development.
